For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of partnering with children, families, behavior analysts, and organizations to create meaningful, ethical, and evidence-based outcomes. Throughout my career, I've served in clinical leadership roles, mentored clinicians, and supported organizations in strengthening the quality of their ABA services. Those experiences have shown me that while clinical knowledge is essential, meaningful growth comes through collaboration, thoughtful mentorship, and having someone who genuinely invests in your success.
